Importing A Storage Domain To A Data Center

Beyond adding a storage domain to a data centre, you may also export a pre-existing storage domain to the data centre. Find below the steps to import a storage domain to a Data Center.

• Click the Storage tab.

The Storage list and toolbar display

• Click on Import Domain

The New Domain dialog box gets focus

• Select the appropriate Domain Function for the data center from given list

ISO
Export

• Select the appropriate Storage Type for the domain from list given below

NFS
ISCSI
FCS
On the basis of your selection, enter the required information in the fields

• Select a host from the option Use Host
• Click OK

The storage domain is now imported and reflects on the Storage tab.
