Creating and installing self-signed SSL certificate from the Plesk control panel can be done by the following steps:
- Log into your Plesk Control Panel
- Click on Home
- Click on Domain name
- Click on Certificates
- Click on the tab Add New Certificate
- Specify the certificate properties
- Click on Self-Signed option
- Click Home at the left panel
- Click IP Pool option
- Click the IP Address associated with your domain.
- Select the self-signed SSL certificate from the Certificate drop-down box.
- select the OK
