Find below the steps to configure the e-mail notification parameters that Web Hosting experts perform in Plesk.
Go to Help Desk and then click Mail Gate Settings
It displays a number of parameters to be edited and set accordingly. Alter the setting of following parameters accordingly.
- Notification sender’ s name, and Notification sender’ s return address
- POP3 server
- POP3 login
- New POP3 password
- Confirm POP3 password
- Query mail once in
- Ticket subject must start with
Once altered the settings, Click Switch On in the Tools group and click OK.
